Business Development Associate, your mission will be to identify, engage, and convert talent prospects into applicants, build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles, and run marketing campaigns that ensure Wicresoft is top of mind in the talent community.

This role is a unique combination of outbound search, marketing strategy, and operations. One day you might be heads-down hunting for prospects for a newly opened, high priority role, the next you may be creating new nurture campaigns or analyzing the performance of existing ones, or simply communicating with prospective candidates. This is an excellent role for anyone who loves to find talent, build a pipeline, and nurture relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

Creatively source and connect with candidates through name generation research, relationship building, internet searches, existing talent pool database searches; generate interest and convert them to applicants.

• Lead generation
• Prospecting
• Networking
• Social Media
• Marketing

Qualifications :

recruiting-related experience, talent sourcing experience, or digital lead generation. Ability to craft engaging outreach messages to attract passive talent.
• Motivated, hardworking, proactive individuals
• Native level English is required, Ability to speak Russian (required) and Mandarin (preferred
but not mandatory)
• A strong communicator, capable of engaging with people from all backgrounds.
