The Role
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a skilled and talented Demi Chef with culinary flair to join our kitchen team on a full time basis.

In this role you will run your own section, ensuring service is smooth as well as support with other sections and run the pass as required. You will ensure food costs are kept within budget along with managing labour costs.

About You

You are highly driven, creative and passionate about what you do. You are excited when using local produce to create amazing food memories for our guests. You are reliable, calm and able to think outside the box. You will also hold:

• Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery
• Previous experience as a Commis Chef
• A confident and creative cooking style with a strong emphasis on quality and presentation
• The ability to deliver consistent, high quality food whilst positively engaging in our team dynamic
• A flexible approach in adapting to guest requests
• Strong time management skills, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
• Demonstrated understanding and commitment to food safety legislation and HACCP
