1. Develop new functional test fixtures and program for electrical products according to test specification.
2. Set up functional testers and fixtures transferred from other location and localize the hardware and software step by step.
3. Maintain test program and fixtures and improve the test routing time from technical wide.
4. Technical supporting for the production.
5. Technical supporting for materials failure analysis.
6. Improve First Time Through yield.
7. Achieve BPS target related to testing, cooperate with R&D in oversea for improvement.

1. More than 3 years testing experience in PCBA test development/ maintenance/product testing/ failure analysis.
2. In-circuit/Functional/ System Test Experience.
3. Software know-how (Labview, Teststand and python).
4. Be familiar with signal analyzing tool, like spectrum analyzer, audio analyzer, sound check platform, be familiar with Altium designer.
5. Hardware (Fixture, ATE tester, instruments).
6. Good soft skills in problem solving, leadership.
7. Good communication skills with crossed team.
