Your Challenge: As a Recruiter, you will be part of an innovative, creative and dynamic Recruiting team.
You will Find, Attract and Hire the leading talent needed by Intel, that will develop and manufacture the most advanced technologies and products.
You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders along the process.
You will engage managers on hiring processes, market availability skill sets, trends, competition, recruitment marketing sourcing strategies, candidates management, offer/compensation strategy, until hiring of the best Talent.
You should communicate effectively with peers and managers to clearly convey staffing strategies, initiatives, and sourcing plans.
All should be managed effectively ensuring the right talent is being reviewed by hiring managers and that candidates are assigned to the right roles and opportunities within Intel based on their skills and career goals.
You will take part and lead projects in the Recruiting process, enhancing candidate and hiring managers experience. You will gain expertise in Recruiting processes and related fields, support your colleagues and coach others with your vast knowledge and customer obsessed approach.
**This is a temporary position for 12 month**
Qualifications
Relevant degree- BA/MA
Work experience in hiring / HR field is required, with Excellent attention to details, process management and analytical skills.
You should be a great team player, innovative and creative, comfortable to work in a fast paced, ambiguous and changing environment while showing your abilities to manage excellent relationships with candidates and business partners.
You should be able to manage multiple task in the ongoing work, in parallel with taking ownership and leading processes and projects, alongside with being a focal point to your peers.
