About this Role?
Performs a range of administrative and coordination functions support the Project Management team in delivering projects efficiently and effectively that results in excellent customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth. Through tasks and projects, further develops project management skills, customer relationship skills and product/solution knowledge.
Responsibilities
Operational Excellence – Supports Project Managers by performing a variety of tasks to help achieve project goals (e.g., executes project related processes and workflow, supports account management.) Ensures project documentation is maintained, timely invoicing, and accurate filing/archiving of project materials. May compile small quotes and proposals and/or deliver small projects under the direction of a senior Project Manager.
Delivers Quality, Value, Results – Ensures assigned tasks are carried out in an accurate and timely fashion. Works with team members to identify areas for improvement (e.g., monitors customer feedback, root cause analysis) and makes suggestions. Provides management and project team with regular updates and status of assigned tasks. Attends project meetings and customer calls to understand customer needs, project scope, project plan and activities.
Functional Excellence – Proactively identifies opportunities to improve accuracy and timeliness. Applies basic project management concepts, customer relationship skills, best practices and SDL processes. Learns from others on-the-job.
Relationship Building – Builds strong relationships with team members by communicating effectively, proactively identifying/addressing issues and demonstrating a commitment to customer service. Builds relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and working diligently to deliver on project commitments.
