Job Description
Job Description: Plans sales volumes and potential of all assigned customers, business partners and new customers in the assigned industries. Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning. Analyzes the specific market conditions, and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders. Prepares customer contacts. Prepares/coordinates and negotiates proposals, in cooperation with segment head/team member/other involved professionals and management. May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters, and influences collaboratively within the organization to secure customer support. Job Requirement: Graduate in B.Eng with relevant sales & marketing experience. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the area of technical sales, account management and distributorship management. Deep knowledge in business line specific Process Instrumentation, and in Chemicals, Food & Beverage, General Industries. Knowledge in Control & Instrumentation for process industries, and experience in project management, consulting & commissioning of Process Instrumentation portfolio is an added advantage. Proficient with PC related software packages (Microsoft Access, Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet) Customer focus, good communication & interpersonal skills, team player, initiative, work ethic and adaptability.
