职位描述
积极发展与现有客户进一步合作机会,并开通过邮件或者拜访拓展新的客户;
协助部门负责人企划并执行业务计划和活动;
建立并紧密维护重要客户的合作伙伴关系;
撰写相关的市场传讯资料以及客户名录;
建立并维护精确的和时时更新的客户资源数据库;
完成交易相关程序;
创建战略性的、有效的工具以及系统,包括客户提案、客户拜访介绍和资料;
支持部门经理完成日常的操作和行政工作;
与内外部合作完成交易;
向客户提供高质量的销售服务;
完成直属上级交予的其他工作职责。
职位要求
至少10年以上房地产及办公楼租赁经验,有广东(广州、深圳)/中国等成熟市场工作经验者优先考虑;
在房地产行业具有良好教育背景,并接受过全面的培训;
具有一定的英文(口语,书面)优先考虑;
优秀的沟通技巧以及优良的人际交往能力,自律,并且努力工作
