• Develops and manages internal and external relationships to provide sustainable cost, quality, availability and technology solutions while adhering to procurement policies.

• Partners with a diverse stakeholder base to lead and develop multiyear ODM sourcing strategies based on business and market intelligence. Acquires and maintains industry, market and technical intelligence of ODM supply chain ecosystem. Leads supplier sourcing, selection and performance management.

• Negotiates purchasing contracts, statement of works and pricing for goods and/or services.

• Drives cost saving opportunities in partnership with ODMs and stakeholders to meet business objectives. May develop new supply chain models for new or existing products or services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or Engineering with 10 years experience or MBA with 8 years is preferred.

• Advanced education or certification in a Supply Chain Management or Purchasing Management field is a plus.

• Prior experience and skill negotiating contracts and managing suppliers.

• Excellent communication and influence skills to all levels of management and across diverse functional teams.

• Strong problem solving skill.

• Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural team environment and to support multiple concurrent projects activities
