1. Conduct process audit to release new supplier or have annual supplier process audit;
2. Join in new project technical discussion with R&D and supplier
3. For new parts, conduct supplier manufacturing process release and PPA sample release
4. To deal with daily material complaint
5. To hold regular quality review meeting with supplier to drive improvement
6. To lead quality improvement project towards top offender supplier
7. Coach suppliers on 8D/PSS

1. Major in Engineering related background in electronic, etc;
2. Above 5 years working experience in quality engineering area, working experience in plastic injection, punching, machining and/or PCB/PCBA.
3. Good knowledge on quality concept and quality tools;
4. Commodity expert, for example, plastic injection, stamping/punching, die-casting/machining, PCB/PCBA process etc.
5. Strong problem analysis and solving skills;
6. Good presentation and interpersonal skills;
7. Initiative/Attention to detail.
