Cost Controller

Your experience and skills include:

Minimum experience of 2 –3 years with international chain hotels within same capacity.

Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Cost Control, Store rooms and Receiving and to assist management in keeping the cost of food, beverage and other supplies to the minimum. 

Supervise the Food & Beverage, Storekeepers and receiving clerk.

Liaise with purchasing on the timely delivery of items.
