 Organize product/issue-driven Q-meetings with Customer & internal experts to resolve Q issues, e.g., task force
- Channelize information wrt. Quality or Warranty related topics, including reporting of customer Q-indicators
- Interface to QMC functions of BEGww and rGBs
- Negotiation of warranty reimbursements of major claims and recalls, campaigns and make recommendations to BEGCN Management for Warranty reimbursements
- Monitor and manage external defect cost in BEGCN
- Report serious complaints and defects to RBCN corporate offices (e.g. CN/SQW, FQB)
- Summarizing & reporting of field monitoring results for HW components from other rGBs

Qualifications

- Experience in customer relation and dealing of product/service quality or aftermarket issue
- Knowledge of legal aspects (e.g. Product Liability)
- Knowledge of Problem resolution and associated methods (5xWhy, 8D, ...)
- Knowledge of Bosch compliance rules
- Convincing appearance
- Moderation of meetings
- Ability to solve conflicts
- Thorough way of working
- Intercultural competence
