In this position, you will play a key role in realizing Intel's vision to "unleash the potential of data" and lead the development of next generation servers for Intel's biggest customers: the Market Makers and Next Wave CSPs.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

� End-customer primary interface for platform development and sustaining customer programs
� Align with cross-functional teams on engineering engagements with an emphasis on driving technical enablement, communications and execution
� Provide detailed program-level schedules, arrange resources and regular status report-outs for customer designs from product inception to mass production
� Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans; manage customer issues/escalations and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

� BS or higher, in Computer or Electrical; advanced degree preferred with 10+ years of experience in computing industry, at product or solution level
� 5+ years of experience delivering programs and leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams
� Experience working with customers or vendors on multiple levels of technical and business engagement
� Results oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
� Solid command of Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills
� Background of technical knowledge of server products and PMP certification are plus but not required

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
