What will you do

• Manage the daily food preparation and production for our Conference & Events guests
• Design and implement innovative menus that meet our guests needs
• Manage budgets including payroll and food costs
• Actively lead, train and mentor the culinary team
• Ensure communication between Sales, F&B and Kitchen teams is seamless for the smooth implementation of events.

 

What you need to be successful

• Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment preferable
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised and able to manage priorities
• Ability to lead a team to success through a caring and coaching approach
• Excellent knowledge and practise of food hygiene standards
