Job Description
Responsibilities and description of tasks:
- You will be welcoming all visitors and make them feel comfortable,
- handling all incoming phone calls and follow up phone calls,
- following up on guests appointments,
- assist the Spa manager or the person in charged,
- handle the guest from arrival,
- selling treatments,
- explaining the menu and spa facilities program,
- up-sell treatments, products and memberships,
- make reservations,
- make appropriate reporting to management,
- follow the membership with its special requirements,
- allocate therapists to guests,
- in charge of receiving and sending all documents,
- Responsible of interface and communication between the staff and the management.
