Job Description

 

Responsibilities and description of tasks:

 

  • You will be welcoming all visitors and make them feel comfortable,
  • handling all incoming phone calls and follow up phone calls,
  • following up on guests appointments,
  • assist the Spa manager or the person in charged,
  • handle the guest from arrival,
  • selling treatments,
  • explaining the menu and spa facilities program,
  • up-sell treatments, products and memberships,
  • make reservations,
  • make appropriate reporting to management,
  • follow the membership with its special requirements,
  • allocate therapists to guests,
  • in charge of receiving and sending all documents,
  • Responsible of interface and communication between the staff and the management.
