Bartender

Novotel Goa Resort & Spa and Novotel Goa Candolim is looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. As a Bartenders you have to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. You will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

  What you will be doing:
• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
• Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant
• Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
• Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Ensure brand standards are maintained
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
