ABOUT YOUR ROLE：

Responsible for Daily Product Costing, Analysis and Reporting

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily Costing for New products imported into SAP

• Monthly Costing Analysis/Improvement between Standard cost and Actual cost, cost variance analysis, such as material costs variance / PPV, labor and OH variance; 

• Monthly Lot Size/Routing/Production Waste/Material Price/UPH Analysis, Reporting and Improvement

• To support on providing cost calculation for external customer demands/projects and Ico pricing

• To prepare the internal management report, i.e. inventory aging report, work closely with OPS/CS to lower the inventory reserve level, monitor the inventory scrapping

• To assist on implementation of internal and external audit

• To support on reporting/analysis requirements from global IL cost controlling

• To support on new ERP system testing

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• More than 3 years’ experience in manufacturing companies, strong experience in Costing/Analysis area preferred;

• CET-6 or above, good English in reading, writing and speaking English

• Strong commitment on daily costing issues and related analysis from IL cost controlling

• Familiar with the SAP system environment  is a definite advantage.

• The ability to work in a tight  timetables and under high pressure; 

• Be independent, details focus and  the ability to prioritize work list is also required;

• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude; strong interpersonal skills.
