Guest Services Agent
First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable and magical experience with us.

    What you will be doing:
  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
  • Proficient in the use of the property management system to update guest accounts, conduct transactions, print reports etc.
  • Conduct financial transactions efficiently in accordance with the company's cash handling policy
  • Communicate changes in arrival rooms to relevant departments
  • Ensure that all guests queries are responded to within the timeframe required
  • Check and respond to all emails on a daily basis 

  • Your experience and skills include:
  • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system and in a hotel environment
  • Numerically sound and comfortable with executing financial transactions
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
