• Customer contact window for ABS/ESP/IB/IPB etc. breaking system issue
• On-site investigation for ABS/ESP/IB/IPB etc. system issue
• Support Suzhou project team for the issue on-site verification
• EOL task on-site support e.g. CIA check
• Other customer issue on-site support
• Other task assigned by manager

• Bachelor or Master Degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
• Strong capability of analysis and problem-solving
• Good logic thinking ability
• Quick response and sense of responsibility
• Good willingness to take tasks, good in communication, team-working and collaboration, customer orientation
• Good documentation/report ability
• Basic knowledge in vehicle, control theory, and vehicle dynamics
• Vehicle test experience is preferred
• Have driver’s license
• Fluent in English
