Night Auditor

Are you a night owl? Sofitel Brisbane Central is currently looking for a part-time Night Auditor to join our sophisticated yet hard working Front Office department. Bring your experience and passion to offer our guests the best service possible.

The hotel’s 416 elegantly appointed rooms and suites are complemented by the finest personal luxuries to make this one of Brisbane’s best accommodation experiences. The hotel features a number of exquisite and extravagant food & beverage outlets, two fitness centres, a Day Spa and fully flexible event spaces for up to 1100 delegates.

What you will be doing:

• Be responsible for the reception desk and processing of night audit and nightly reports
• Addressing Guest Requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail with all cash and credit transactions
• Check guests in and out
• Working unique night shifts at our hotel from 11pm to 7am

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience using Opera is ideal
• A friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent grooming and presentation standards
• A high level of computer literacy
• The ability to develop a strong knowledge of security and emergency procedures within the hotel
