1. Preventive quality assurance for new and transferred products introduction, including process release audit, sample run quality control. Making sure the quality risk can be eliminated and avoided before mass production;
2. Systematic quality methods application and promotion in whole responsible production area, e.g. 8D problem solving, P-FMEA, Control plan, process capability analysis(Cp/Cpk), Poka-yoke , QAM etc；
3. As a key quality contact window, follow up all quality complaint from relevant BU, plant-to-plant delivery and Field;
4. Communicate/ coordinate/ lead with Value Stream team for problem solving from quality/ deliver/ cost perspective;
5. Promote good quality awareness in whole responsible production area, value stream team;
6. Follow up of A,Q ,Z product test and Process audit finding ;
7. Organize regular quality meeting with BU and internal team to review quality performance and seek opportunity of improvement;
8. Collaborate with team to realize quality KPI;
9. Prepare product quality audit/test instruction.

1. Multinational company working experience；
2. 5+ years of quality management related experience, additional R&D and project management experience are preferred；
3. Bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical related major;
4. Rich experience on the customer complaint handling;
5. Good skill of problem solving and project monitoring/ reporting;
6. Being able to use various types of approach to analyze and solve problem, such as P-FMEA, Control plan, 8D , 6-sigma etc. Six sigma green belt/black belt is preferred;
7. Be familiar with SMT, Wave soldering, electrical testing and related assembly process;
8. Good understanding for ISO9001 standard;
9. Good at both verbal and written English, be able to communicate in an international environment with people in different countries in English
10. Ability to work independently and under pressure;
11. Must be a good team player.
