Join us! We Make Real What Matters. This Is Your Role. Facilitate to establish and maintain an effective EHS Management System for the EA Service business with focus on Country / HQ processes. Ensure assessment, monitoring and development of Service Engineers, Service Partners for EHS performance and work closely with business to improve their overall proficiency. Support the Service / Project Manager and interface with the Customer in establishing Project / Customer specific EHS protocols on sites with clear roles and responsibilities Actively participate in bid phase of Service / Project Orders to understand customer EHS requirements (Equipments, Proficiency, Training, experience, PTW / LOTO, etc.) and accordingly plan for the Orders with Business. Ensure implementation of Siemens EHS KPIs reporting system (EHS dashboards, incident investigations, Quentic, etc.) on all Service sites with the focus on monitoring and continual improvement. Visit Service / project sites, interact with customer and service engineers on EHS topics and ensure compliance to agrees protocols / requirements. Identify, conduct, and facilitate EHS training of Siemens and Service Partner personnel and evaluate efficiency of such trainings Conduct periodic site assessments and drive implementation Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) for areas of improvement We don't need superheroes, just super minds! This role is based in Kalwa. Degree in Electrical Engineering and EHS related recognized qualifications / Certificates (e.g., ADIS, NEBOSH) with minimum 12 – 15 years of successful experience in Project Management and 5-7 years of experience in EHS Implementation in Power Projects/ Transmission Projects/ Substation Projects desired. Experience in managing safety systems in complex project / service sites (Operation & Maintenance) will be an added advantage. Evidenced training/expertise in the broader spectrum of EHS topics.
