Job Description Co-create, implement and execute the marketing plans of a product group or therapeutic class seeking to optimize its profitability, market share and revenue growth in the short and long term. Co-create marketing plans for specific products or product lines, according to global strategies and sales forecasting objectives. Co-creation of KPIs and tactical plans for the Field Force. Execute a consistent product strategy, aligning the Marketing, Sales, AMI, Med Aff and Training teams, according to established metrics. Identify insights, Market Value Drivers according to each customer segment to determine growth opportunities Elaboration and follow-up of the Promotional Material Elaboration of robust key messages for the products, collaborating with the internalization of these in the commercial team through training and presentation of promotional materials. Monitor product performance in accordance with objectives and anticipate trends in therapeutic management and market conditions that may affect product performance. Conduct market activities to detect opportunities and take advantage of them Monitor and control the financial and sample budget, forecast and evaluate the combination of products allocated for promotion, to evaluate cost/effectiveness and results. Maintain strong relationships with opinion leaders and medical societies. Coordinate participation in congresses and meetings of related medical societies. Consolidate solid interactions with the support areas (commercial, AMI, Training; regulatory, compliance, finance, Med Affairs, consumer) in order to generate co-creation of objectives and action plans. Know the health system and its rules Understanding of branded and non-branded markets for the implementation of branding actions. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Professional in Administration, Marketing, Medicine and related areas. Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, with focus on the management of products / brands, including experience in sales and digital marketing (Social media and etc. Plus minimum 3 years of Product Manager. Desirable Courses in Business, Finance, Marketing. Desirable advanced English MBA, spoken and written. Desirable experience in pre-launch and product launches. Desirable experience in developing, executing and monitoring marketing plans.
