岗位职责：

1.根据集团中德高等教育合作项目总体战略，负责与德国合作方的商务协调和业务交流；

Be responsible for the market research of overseas higher education cooperation school running projects in Germany, analyze the market model and industry trends, timely grasp the latest policy trends in the field of higher education in Germany, and provide decision-making basis for the group's Sino German higher education cooperation strategy and educational product planning.

职位要求
岗位要求：

Job requirements:

1.硕士研究生及以上学历，15年以上德国工作经验，至少5年以上德国高等教育领域运营管理或教学工作经历（非科研领域）；
1. Master degree or above, more than 15 years of working experience in Germany, at least 5 years of operation management or teaching experience in the field of higher education in Germany (non scientific research field);

2.年龄在35-50岁之间；

3.德国籍；
3. German nationality;

4.必须德语为母语、精通英语，懂中文；
4. German must be the mother tongue, proficient in English and Chinese;

5.工作驻地为中国；

6.行业要求：高等教育；

7.专业要求：理工科、教育学科等；

8.资源匹配：在德国政府、教育（如DAAD德意志学术交流中心）和行业协会（如IHK（手工业协会）/AHK（工商业协会）、歌德学院（北京）等领域有相关资源者优先考虑；
8. Resource matching: those who have relevant resources in the fields of German government, education (such as DAAD German Academic Exchange Center) and industry associations (such as ihk (handicraft industry association) / AHK (industry and Commerce Association), Goethe College (Beijing) are preferred;

9.工作制：全职或兼职。
