We are looking for a professional Customer Success Manager (CSM) with experience within the PCB manufacturing industry to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the products, services and support they receive and to drive improvement in those areas of dissatisfaction. The purposes of this role are, but not limited: Drive proliferation at key accounts which can serve as a model for future deployments. Identify and remove gaps in our technology solutions while also improving the quality of the products. Increase TCV and ARR Roles and Responsibilities Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Assess customer requirements and propose technical solutions and guidance in collaboration with Sales, Account Management and Services teams. Ensure excellent delivery of service, quality deliverables and the highest level of customer satisfaction possible Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s Use Model and identify their critical business objectives. Assist customers in planning and understanding the best ways to utilize Valor products based on the customer’s business needs and constraints, while being a trusted partner and delivering & articulating ROI.. Coordinate activities with the respective account Sales, Business Development and Customer Support, Product, RnD team members Collaborate with Solution Validation team in building Solution design that meets customer requirements Act as the liaison between customers and RnD Requires Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience Experience in IT and networking related products deployments Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers - must BS Degree in Engineering - must Exceptionally strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage customer project stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. Experience in Project Management and/or full lifecycle software development process to effectively manage the complexities of the business solution Must be comfortable working in an agile environment, working with multiple customers on multiple projects concurrently. Knowledge in MES/Digital Manufacturing solutions for PCB Assembly - advantage Comfortable with delivering training and presentations - must Ability to drive innovation in product development through customer feedback Willingness to travel periodically on a global basis ~20% Siemens Digital Industries Software is not a manufacturing company.
