Eaton’s Electrical Division is currently seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team. This position is based at Raleigh, NC. Facility. Position Overview: The Associate Product Manager is responsible for product information including technical specs, sales material, cross-reference tables and tools for the launch of new products and maintenance of existing lines. This role will work with the Product Manager in the development, growth, and expansion of the online UPS portfolio. In this function you will: Develop product information, application data, and web content for the 1Ph online UPS product lines (9 Series and TL by Eaton series) Research competitors and develop competitive comparison analysis for sales and partners, highlighting Eaton’s product strengths and total solutions for the market Act as a technical expert to support sales and support teams on customer opportunities and escalations when required. Channels to market include IT pros and resellers, electrical distributors, datacom agents, OEM’s, end users and manufacturer’s agents. Communicate market trends, assist with Voice of Customer research in coordination with the Product Manager, to D-IT leadership team and other stakeholders Update website and technical documents to reflect new product offerings and create tools to assist with product selection and competitive cross referencing Assist product managers, channel marketing, and marketing team on messaging and promotions Register products for sale in SAP and make updates to existing products as needed Attend 2-3 shows/partner events a year to assist in communicating our product line and building partner/customer relationships Field escalated technical inquiries and provide timely response to centralized Technical Support Team Interface with engineering, supply chain and manufacturing on product changes or issue resolution.
