This is a commissioned sales position (FSE). As Account Manager – Graphics Sales Germany you will be responsible for driving growth of Intel ARC graphics products portfolio with German IT manufacturers and Resellers:
Drive Sales and Go-to-Market strategies for Intel ARC and associated Intel compute platforms with assigned customers to hit revenue targets
Activate and engage an eco system and create sales motions to effectively grow share in this fast growing segment of the PC Client market in Germany
Develop a deep understanding of the customers business model, business imperatives and profitability drivers and align with Intel’s strategic direction
End-to-end customer engagement spanning a variety of functions, including purchasing, product management, marketing and sales; building a trusted relationship at all levels of the account
Identify and develop sales opportunities, develop joint account plans to maximize the business with assigned accounts over the short and long-term and increasing the preference for Intel based designs and solutions in conjunction with technical account managers
Be the customer’s voice within Intel, enable your customers to make full use of the partnership with Intel by working closely with a wide range of Intel teams
Establish a relationship with the channel ecosystem, partnering up with key distributors, system integrators and ISVs to support and expand your customers business
Maintain in-depth knowledge of hardware and software components, IT ecosystem and industry and market trends to manage and develop the business with the assigned accounts
Develop a clear understanding of Intel's business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics

Qualifications
Deep understanding of Graphics business, competitive landscape and German consumer and commercial graphics business
Firm technical understanding of key features and differentiators of different architectures
8+ years strategic sales experience with an established track record of exceeding plan over multiple years in Graphics or related fields
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action to drive results by engaging internal and external stakeholders
Team player easily forming strong and extended networks with good communication skills and comfortable communicating at all levels up to Executive levels
Excellent grasp of business dynamics, channel sales and competitive pressures
Proven sales acumen within complex environments with regards to design wins and sales and marketing
Highly motivated and eager to constantly expand technical and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with relevant IT tools and systems
Ability to accommodate frequent customer travel
Work location will be the Intel office in Feldkirchen, Munich; not approved for home office work
Fluency in English and German is a must

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
