We are seeking a General Manager that knows what it takes to build a team that delivers an exceptional guest experience for our coolest brand, TRIBE!

The focus of the General Manager will be to oversee the property ensuring that Team Members provide guests with friendly, professional and efficient service whilst achieving revenue targets, generating new business, maintaining budgeted expenses and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
 
Reporting to the Area General Manager Operations WA - responsibilities include:
•    Building a strong relationship with all key stakeholders, guests, Team Members and potential clients
•    Managing & leading team members to ensure efficient and effective daily hotel operations
•    Achieving gross operating profit by driving revenue and maintaining necessary costs.
•    Preparing and maintaining budgets, forecasts & business plans
•    Maximising sales and revenue opportunities in unison with our shared services teams
•    Ensuring company brand standards, policies and procedures are adhered to
 
The ideal applicant will have:
•    Previous General Management and leadership experience in a hotel operation
•    Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
•    A strong focus on customer service and guest expectations
•    Ability to accept personal accountability and provide clear leadership and direction to all Team Members
