Job Description
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and analyze customer credit applications and provide recommendations to our approvers
Perform customer credit review/assessment/risk control on a regular basis
Review and disposition of customer credit decisions inside and outside system recommendations using information from the market, commercial team, or credit information provider (e.g. D&B, CRIF)
Prepare regular customer credit review/assessment reports to management
Perform vendor credit review/assessment/prepayment control as per SOP
Stabilize Accenture credit and collection activities post-Tucana
Handle the collection accounts that cannot be handled by Accenture (Vietnam, Japan, USA, etc.)
Stamp on hard copies of Phoenix/Trim/Vips orders
Stamp and scan documents to customer and Accenture, i.e. contract, Confirmation Letter…etc.
Support upcoming projects including Oracle rollout in N.China
Support Shenzhou Group’s collection
Other duties and ad hoc assignments as required
Qualifications
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
BA degree or above, major in accounting, economics, or other business-related discipline
5 years working experience, of which at least 2 years in Credit and collection function
Knowledge of credit procedures
Can work independently, demonstrated ability to lead a team, and work a flexible schedule to meet deadlines
Strong self-motivation, attentiveness to details, and ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills
Advance level in a variety of software including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; MS Access and Oracle is an advantage
Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin
