The Reservation Agent's goal is to increase the occupancy and rate by effectively up selling the Property through available reservation tools by handling all guest reservations, sales and queries via telephone and email professionally and efficiently..

As our next Reservation Agent, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Front Office or Reservation Department
• Passion to deliver a 5 star service at all times
• Excellent Communication skills
• Impeccable grooming, well mannered
• Enjoy working in a team environment & be able to achieve a high level of service
• Knowledge of Sihot will be advantageous
• Have an understanding of the daily operations of a hotel reservation and front office department
• Handle all guest's reservations, cancellations, bookings and enquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and local area as required
• Keep track of and respond to the reservations inboxes daily
• You will also at times be required to assist the Front Office team
