Job Description
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members.
  • Supervise all tasks of your team members to ensure that highest quality service is delivered and department standards are met.
  • Review, analyze and suggest improvement of work flow and standards at the Front Desk.
  • Ensure to provide high level of guest services at the Reception counter or Lobby, support other team-members.


Work Experience
  • Good English is a must
  • Problem solving skill, good interpersonal skill
  • At least 1-2 year experience at the same position in luxury hotels
  • Knowledge of Opera system
