Supervisory Tasks:

1. Monitor performance of the group with respects to Quality, Delivery and Cost.
2. Interfacing with value stream managers and other departments to solve all problems causing deviations to the target performance.
3. Request and prepare enough resources to reach the target performance.
4. Drive CIP on the targets and i4.0 projects.
5. Lead problem solving activities and continuous improvement projects.

Other Tasks:

1. Prepare Plant KPI monthly reports for plant management team.
2. Run departmental improvement projects.
3. Deployment of BPS standard.

1. Master degree or above in Engineering related;
2. International experiences in context of studies abroad, internships or projects;
3. 2-3 years of manufacturing experience;
4. Good knowledge of SMT, Wave soldering, hand soldering, testing and final assembly processes;
5. Knowledge of ISO9000, 14000 etc.
6. Can work independently;
7.  Excellent command of English, good skill in a further foreign language desirable;
8. Good leadership and project management skills;
9. Good communication and presentation skills;
10. Know-how of i4.0 implementation in manufacturing plant.
