1. Project manager/ project leader for the management of launch and transfer products in the manufacturing plant.
2. Collect and analysis potential customer, contact customer to sales promote the plant to win the new business.
3. Involved with product development, identification of new business opportunities and assist to develop marketing strategies. Responsible the new product from RFQ to new project phase.
4. Factory contact person and liaison to business unit, global R&D, and CM customer.
5. Cooperation with vary departments for the product launch, industrialization process and important quality issues.
6. Review and work on the cost optimization of the products.
7. Reporting and monitoring of the project status.

1. At least 5-year experience in manufacturing site, aggressive and pro-active, strong individual initiative, self- motivated and team leading skills.
2. Have a deep understanding of marketing, very good at market development ability and judgment, strong organizational ability, communication ability, creative ability and business skills.
3. Interest & experience in project management between development groups and factory for product launches. 
4. Experience in deal with global acting companies.
5. Knowledge in manufacturing process and operation.
6. Have project management & quality mindset and can work under pressure, have Flexible & Fast & Lean mind set for daily work.
7. Knowledge in electronic products, ESD preferred.
