What will you do

• Business development & account management for the Corporate & MICE market
• Negotiation of rates and terms and conditions
• Conduct presentations and entertain consortia, conference organisers and bookers of accommodation
• Attend outside sales calls, trade shows and meetings to proactively sell the hotel
• Work proactively to meet targets and implement corrective actions as needed

 

What you need to be successful

• Proven sales experience within the luxury hotel market or similar
• Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues
• Driven to achieve results and deliver luxury experiences for our guests
• Exceptional relationship management
• A proactive approach to securing business
