The Ethernet Products Group (EPG) FNIC Business Team is searching for an experienced administrative assistant to support staff Directors who manage key engineering and customer support operations. The ideal candidate will play an important role in keeping the operations/activities organized, on track, and moving forward.
In this role, you will be accountable for:
- Calendar management for one or more managers across multiple sites.
- Booking domestic/international travel and managing expenses.
- Collaborate with other department admins on support tasks (maintain org charts, order office supplies, conf. room coordination, shipping memo generation, food orders, general onsite needs).
- Assist in coordinating activities across the organization, all hands meetings, events, conferences, F2Fs.
- Plan and organize meetings and off-sites, prepare agendas and coordinate logistics.
- Work with other admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning needs for the organization and related site activities.
- Coordinate activities to ensure department goals are met.
- Supporting on-boarding of new team members.
- Work with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing and finance systems.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 7+ years of administrative support/assistance experience.
- Experience with Office software applications (ex. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Experience with travel itineraries and expense reporting.
- Experience with calendaring/scheduling and working with admins of other groups to coordinate.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$57,420.00-$85,940.00 (Hourly Role)

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
