What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this dynamic role you will be reporting to the Senior Scientist and actively engage across functional teams. Responsibilities include:
- Participate in the planning, design, implementation, and documentation of studies related to drug product formulation and process development of various biologics (antibody, BiTE, other proteins, RNA, mRNA, LNP’s).
- Perform formulation of liquid and lyophilized formulations supporting stability assessments using chromatography and biophysical characterization tools (SE-HPLC, CEX-HPLC, CE-SDS, HIAC, DSC etc).
- Use advanced IS systems to improve drug product development through faster data availability, using historical information, analyzing large data sets, and statistical analysis.
- Create visualizations to enable business application of data analysis.
- Deliver progress reports and presentations to ensure management awareness and engagement.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree OR Associate degree and 4 years of scientific experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of scientific experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other related subject area.
- Strong problem-solving skills to apply to the analytical characterization and formulation development of proteins.
- Ability to implement and analyze long-term stability studies.
- Basic understanding of physical/chemical stability of proteins and how process related stress impacts molecule attributes and product quality.
- Proven success working with diverse team members in a dynamic, fast paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of basic office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
