Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee the Culinary Division for Raffles and Fairmont Makati, plan and be responsible for food production and management of all food while taking ownership for the development and quality of the kitchen areas. 
  • Ensure smooth running of the section and follow the set standards.
  • Working with the Executive Pastry Chef, organize Pastry kitchen colleagues for the mise en place production and its services
  • Deliver quality products and guest experience at all times.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline an asset
  • At least 5 years experience in a kitchen as a team leader. Experience in a 5 star hotel is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge about all kinds of cooking techniques and methods.
