What you will be doing:

• Work in a fast pace professional environment.
• Responsible for reviewing accounts receivables adjustments, transfers and miscellaneous entries and provide recommendations, leadership and guidance in financial operations.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets and cost of sales accounts, respond to credit card charge backs and inquiries according to deadlines.
• Review and verify daily revenue postings for one of the finest hotels in Philadelphia.
• Review Daily Operations Package for Executive Approval.

• Work collaboratively with departments to ensure all billing (fees, licenses, permits, regulatory contracts and insurance policies) is issued accurately and on time. Ensures compliance of applicable tax laws
• Be the expert in handling guest calls for billing issues and credit card charges.
