You will be a member of Lab support team providing HW, FW and SW solutions to Debug and Application Engineers. EPG ECS APJ team offers Intel Ethernet solution supports to APAC customers included CSP, CoSP and Enterprise Server Service provider.

We are working closely with HW, FW and SW Engineers supporting Silicon and System Validation activity in dynamic and challenging environment. Your role will include next-gen ethernet controller/card validation, working with 3rd party component venders for key components selection to next-gen network controller/card and other debug/test activities. You will learn Ethernet, TCP/IP, Python scripting and the amazing culture in Intel.

You will access up to date and future Networking solutions in industry and will gather relevant experience for your career development including Operation Systems and HW, SW, FW integration.

The internship is for 12 months and working hours of the position requires

• 24 hours / week availability during regular school days and we consider your needs during exam's periods.

• 40 hours / week availability in summary vacation (July and August) .

Qualifications

You must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum requirements

• BS.c\ MS.c in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or engineering field.

• Personal skills - Open Mindset, listening to people, Self-Learning, Team member and Customer Orientation.

• Experience of any computer language programming. Basic, C, C++, C#, C scripts, or Python.

Preferred requirements

• Knowledge in OS kernel programming, programming practices.

• Experience with Networking adapters, device drivers.

• Experience with Validation principles, performance testing.

• Knowledges of using scope, network analyzer and related equipment.
