Job Description

Intel Pre-Si Emulation modelling team is seeking a talented multi-disciplinary engineer to join a multi-skilled team.

In this position you will be building, enabling and using multi-chip Emulation platforms using HW/SW development and integration. The produced systems and platforms are Intel's Client next generation state-of-the-art products using most advanced tools and capabilities to build and generate them as part of the design process. The team also specializes in producing Hybrid HW/SW solutions for validation and in development of low-level SW and tools solutions (similar to embedded SW) to enable various usages of the platforms.

The team is in charge of generating accurate platforms that contain the actual hardware of Intel's Client processors in pre-silicone time frame in order to help verify the logic correctness of Intel's systems. Working with various validation teams to create the most suitable system for each task, the team participates in the elaborate process of validating Intel products and bringing them to production.


Qualifications

Required

  • B.Sc / M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • Good multi-tasking skills
  • Team-player, great communication skills
  • Low level SW (C/C++/ASM) or HW languages (Verilog, System Verilog, HDL etc.)
  • Familiarity with Python

 

Advantage

  • Experience on Unix/Linux systems
  • Intel Computer Architecture
  • Validation/Verification or related RTL coding/debug experience

  • HW/SW Integration (Drivers, FW etc.)

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
