As a Senior Project Manager NPD (New Product Development), you will assure overall accountability project scope definition WBS, IMS schedule (critical path, milestone adherence), budget (NRC and RC), and project life cycle. Moreover, you will assure successful project execution aligned with budget, schedule, technical, and quality objectives for all deliverables. You will work within our world class Engineering Project Management Team in Espoo. Your key deliverables: Manage the Profit and Loss of new product development projects. Execute Integrated Product Team leadership across the Project. Seeks team input to promote rapid resolution to issues. Coach and provide feedback and rewards on performance indicators Establish objectives, goals and provide direction to the program and project teams in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment. Manage effective project communications and improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements. Manage customer expectations and commitments internal to the business Ensure standard program management processes are utilized and adequate support to the program and project teams by coordinating PM reviews, preparing & publishing PM metrics Maintain metrics for program, cost, quality, technical performance, and delivery through all of the project phases. Manage risks, opportunities, and issues through a strong and proactive ROI management process throughout the entire lifetime of the project. Ensure effective change / scope management process is applied. Ensure that efficient project resource management is applied with clear roles & responsibility assignments for the team. Provide regular program/project updates of current situation relating to milestones, project costs and problem/high risk areas. Provide updates to the business units as well as divisional, and sector levels. Coordinate and monitor project technical personnel across multiple sites Assess and determines opportunities for agile project deliverables and alignment of milestones accordingly. Qualifications Required: Engineering or Business degree Project management certification PMI-PMP or equivalent (IPMA, Prince2) highly desired Certification in agile methodologies is a plus Minimum 3 years of experience of managing projects in a technical environment, full product lifecycle, multi-national environment preferred Strong experience in Electrical New Product Development programs. Experience in the domain of energy storage and transition desired Proficient in Project Management methodologies (ISO 21500, PMI, Agile Methodologies) Proficient in MSProject, knowledge in Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) desired, knowledge in any PPM software is a plus Then we want to hear about you!
