Digital Marketing Manager

Responsible for implementing marketing communications strategies and initiatives across digital marketing, social media, public relations, content creation and website of Novotel Goa Resort & Spa and Novotel Goa Candolim

What you will be doing:

• Communicate with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns
• Work with the Public Relations agencies and artists to oversee copywriting, design, layout and the production of promotional materials

• Manage all activity within the marketing department, ensuring all service standards are followed
• Execute marketing plans and programs in conjunction with the Sales department to ensure profit growth
• Plan and oversee the hotels advertising and promotion activities, including print, digital and direct mail
• Develop and coordinate annual digital marketing plan
• Develop promotional materials, which include marketing print and collateral

• Daily upkeep and performance of websites including brand.com
• Social media management in devising social media campaigns and engaging with bloggers/influencers and guests pre/post-stay

Your experience and skills include:

• 4-5 years previous leadership experience within a marketing or communications role required
• Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal in English

• A confident and dynamic speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organisation
• Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
