职位描述
-执行董事会决议,依据公司业务发展战略路径制定公司年度经营计划并加以落地执行
-搭建公司的各项内部流程规范及管理制度,包含业务管理制度、审批授权流程、产品体系、技术标准、品质控制、培训制度、业绩考核制度等
-决定公司内部人员的任免,搭建统一高效的组织体系和工作体系;
-主持公司的各项经营管理工作,提升运营管理水平,实现智能化、信息化、标准化
-建立和维护与客户关系,处理公司各项突发事件,维护及打造雇主品牌;
职位要求
-10年以上全盘经营公司的经验
-具备从0到1的团队组建及管理的成功经验
-10年以上商业地产综合资产运营管理业务经验,包含不少于5年的物业管理服务经验和不少于5年的写字楼租赁和商业运营管理经验
-目标导向强,能自发主动找问题及提出解决方案
-具有市场外拓兼具业主方及运营商的实际经验
-善于建立和维护与客户(尤其是政府部门)的信任关系,善于谈判与沟通
-社会资源丰富,熟悉行业、业务及市场态势,有商业敏感度与市场嗅觉
