-10年以上全盘经营公司的经验

-具备从0到1的团队组建及管理的成功经验

-10年以上商业地产综合资产运营管理业务经验，包含不少于5年的物业管理服务经验和不少于5年的写字楼租赁和商业运营管理经验

-目标导向强，能自发主动找问题及提出解决方案

-具有市场外拓兼具业主方及运营商的实际经验

-善于建立和维护与客户（尤其是政府部门）的信任关系，善于谈判与沟通

-社会资源丰富，熟悉行业、业务及市场态势，有商业敏感度与市场嗅觉
