Your tasks and responsibilities: You manage the Lab Diagnostics (LD) and Point-of-Care (POC) product portfolio and set optimal conditions in achieving sales & marketing targets and initiates plans and activities to exceed business objectives. You lead the product life cycle management starting from product launch to end-of-life. You strategize and specify product positioning and promotional activities for product portfolio. You ensure readiness of internal sales, marketing, and business partners by implementing training programs for target products. You collaborate with other cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. You support business partners on key strategies an ensure competencies on product knowledge for the sales and marketing team. You have at least 5 years of work experience in diagnostic healthcare industry. You have a good understanding of the general concept of the healthcare setup in Philippines. Your attributes and skills: You are highly motivated and passionate with a strong understanding of the current diagnostic landscape. You are excellent in supervising marketing team and sales force in the promotion and demonstration of diagnostic solutions. You enjoy building trusted relationships and have strong interpersonal skills at all organizational levels. You possess excellent command of both written and spoken English.
