The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop  Event Space, Executive Lounge, IRD`s and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct, it is the first accommodation and meeting and event space to be developed in this precinct.

Pullman Brisbane Airport is currently looking for a Part Time Guest Service Agent (Front Office), to join the professional and dynamic Front Office team. This position reports to the Front Office Manager.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:  

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
• Promote and up-sell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality and the issue of room keys.
• Take an active interest and responsibility for health and safety of guests and staff members.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel environment.
• Effective time management with the ability to plan and prioritise.
• Exemplary problem solving skills and the desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work a 7 day week rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
