Supervisory tasks: 
1. Monitor performance of the group, drive teams to meet Quality, Delivery and Cost targets. 
2. Assist Production Supervisor to organize production according to plan.
3. Follow up production plan, escalate problems to production supervisor in time.
4. Carry out on site supervision, keep production in compliance with BPS standards (including TPM, 5S).
5. Recognize and correct process deviations.
Other tasks:
1. Explore opportunities for improvement of manufacturing operations in terms of Quality, Delivery and Cost.
2. HSE coordinator.
3. Organize on job training to new operators, make sure they are qualified for their job.

1. College and above degree, major in Engineering Discipline.
2. At least 2 years experiences in similar position. 
3. More than 3 years experiences in electronic assembly factory.
4. Basic knowledge of SMT, Wave soldering, hand soldering, testing and final assembly processes.
5. Knowledge of ISO9000, 14000 etc.
6. Good interpersonal skills.
7. Can work under time pressure.
