1. Plan/design/maintenance plant HVAC.

2. Control and monitor quality of maintenance or renovation or improvement performed by self or contractors.

3. Monitor and control of capital projects under respective building.

4. Ensure all work carry out comply with relevant codes and standards, whilst maintaining safety

5. Responsible for proper training and career development of the supervisors/ engineers.

6. Implement TPM and Respond in keeping facilities in optimum running and perfect standby & ensure facilities safety and extend its’ life & deduct cost.

7. Enforce routine and pointed inspection to find out hidden dangers and other problems and emergency properly solve in time. 

8. Provide drawings or proposal for renovation & provide superior with clear and concise information to make decision.

9. Support & Assist the implementation on ISO9001/ISO14001 or others.

10. Timely resolution on escalated issues.

11. Spare parts management.

12. Other support task.

1. Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC (暖通) Engineering.

2. At least 3-5 years experience in similar position.

3. Strong technical knowledge on air-conditioning or power or civil, preferable expert on one aspect & familiar with others.

4. Fluent written and spoken English is preferable. Minimum 6 Grade certificate is must be.

5. Knowledge of CAD.
