• To carry out the coating, slitting, and lamination instruction and supervision for the making process base on Osha, ISO 9000 &ISO 14000 TS16949 procedures to ensure the good quality of products produced. Focus on standard production process improvement and do quickly online troubleshooting 

• 实现生产现场体ISO9000&14000， TS16949的系化管理，并专注于现场的持续改善和问题的及时解决。

• Ensure the PSM compliance and continuous improvement, statistics and analyze related KPIs, e.g. OEE, Scrap rate.

• 确保PSM合规性的持续优化，和基于统计和分析持续改善生产的各项指标。

• Take the responsibilities of operator attendance system management, and work closely with HR team about operator OT, annual leave, sick…..

• 负责生产员工的考勤工作，和人事团队一起完成生产员工每月的加班，年休，病假等的相关考勤核算。

•  Lead team to complete the production plan in timely, improve the team’s efficiency, equipment capability. Support the team to launch the new product. 

• 带领生产团队及时完成各项生产订单，并支持新产品的实现和规模化生产；

• Follow the Minimum Quality Standard to ensure 100% implementation of working instruction. 

• 确保生产团队对文件的执行力，以最高标准执行各项文件规定。

• To fully meet ISO9001 and ISO14000 ISO18000 and TS16949 expectation.

• 对ISO9001，ISO14000，ISO18000，TS16949体系有一定的了解；

• To implement lean manufacturing projects requirements.

• 具有一定精益生产的认识；

• Good experience of operator attendance system,  inventory management, office assistant，product engineer；

• 有考勤方面,库存方面，或生产管理或助理方面的经验；

• Logic mindset and good communication skills, 

• 较强的逻辑思维和高效的沟通能力；

  College or above degree;大专及以上学历

• 1-3 years working experience in production.1-3年的工厂工作经验

• Fluent in both oral and written English 熟练的英文读写

• Basic PC skills (word processing & spread sheets)熟悉办公软件的应用
