What are we looking for - The Core and Client Group (C2DG) Is looking for talented a passionate Emulation engineer to develop Emulation environment for the next generation CPUs Core IP Which is one of the most valuable IP For Intel. 

What is Emulation used for - For the past few years HW Emulation become an indispensable validation tool for complex design such as CPU Core IP and replace the traditional simulation in many domains. Core IP Emulation environment became critical and powerful environment for finding pre-silicon unique bugs, building and analyze Power and performance tools and widely used for post-Si bugs failures reproduction debug which received from Intel Costumers 

What you will do - In this role you will be responsible for developing Emulation models for the next generations of Core IP By converting RTL To Emulation synthesizable code. You will work with Architects and designers to define and develop BFM, Test-bench and checkers based C++ and SVTB for new CPU Features which will provide the best validation coverage and bug finding. You will also be responsible to define and deliver creative solutions that optimize emulation flows and efficiency for build, runtime and debug capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering 
• Knowledge with FPGA  
• SW Knowledge in: C++, Python and Perl - advantage 
• Knowledge with RTL design, Verilog and simulation, debug tools such as Verdi, System Verilog based verification techniques 
• Team player, passionate, energetic, motivated, and self-driven

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
