Siemens Digital Process Application group is looking for an Automation/Integration Engineer. The group is a leading developer and provider of advanced manufacturing and productivity technologies for the machine tool industry. The technologies are aiming to eliminate manufacturing inefficiencies and to significantly increase the productivity of machine tool. As Automation/Integration Engineer, you will participate in all stages of product development and implementation- from feasibility studies to data analysis of product validation at the customer site. What part will you play? Participate in research activities for new product development Development of experimental setups and HW & SW interfaces Data collection, data processing and data analysis Process simulation for product testing and validation Support of test automation activities Participation in pilot installation’s analysis We don’t need superheroes, just super minds. BSc/MSc in engineering field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Manufacturing engineering, etc. Knowledge and experience (2 years minimum) in multidisciplinary development, data analysis, experimental setup Experience with electronics lab test equipment Experience with MATLAB and/or LABVIEW is an advantage. Experience in CNC machining is an advantage Good computer skills and ability to learn new SW tools Knowledge of English is required.
