This exciting role offers opportunity to: Participate and work with PM in related advance Quality planning activities for new parts. Measure and report new parts quality performance Lead the actions to work on worst performing quality and continue to improve process performance by using all relative quality tools, such as 8D, A3. Train, lead and facilitate process on problem solving. Plan and improve process control plan. Data summary and analysis. Lead in process and product audits. Coordinate and push 8D team on problem solving to drive zero defect on customer side. Work with SQE to solve all customer issue which caused by supplier. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in mechanical or Electronics’ engineering. 3~5 years and more quality, development, and project management experience in auto industry In-depth application experience on problem solving, compliant handling. In-depth knowledge in quality tools, APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA. Knowledge of IATF 16949 Standards Very experience user of Microsoft Office package Knowledge and application of APQP audit tools Fluent in written and spoken English Yes!
